Our rigorous testing and manufacturing process are also formally approved and meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Our stress bench technology method ensures a very effective bond between the wire and concrete. We employ wire pattern control devices during concrete placement to accurately obtain the specified wire pattern and prestress force distribution in every sleeper produced, providing uniform quality sleepers.
Every sleeper manufactured is individually inspected by our quality engineer to ensure uniform production at optimal standard.
